You can request to close your Jux account at any time by clicking on “Delete Jux account” in the Settings section of the menu. If you have any value on your Jux Balance, we will initiate a withdrawal, if you have not registered your bank details, these will be requested before the account can be closed. Any cashback that is pending when the account is closed will not be paid by the retailer.

We will retain your account data for a period of 90 Days after the closure date of your account and then it will deleted.
