Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter is: 1CARD Solutions Ltd (company no.11950400) whose registered office is at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, UK.
  2. The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 13 years or over except employees of 1CARD Solutions Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
  3. There is no entry fee to enter this prize draw.
  4. By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  6. Closing date for that month’s prize draw entry will be on the final calendar day of the month of the prize draw. After this date the entry will be included into the following calendar month’s prize draw, until the prize draw is withdrawn.
  7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  8. The rules of the prize draw and how to enter are as follows:
    The entrant must be a Jux user (have downloaded the app from the app stores and signed up) and have successfully redeemed a local offer. Successful redemption is when the retailer scans the offer QR code and confirms acceptance, the offer redemption must be shown on the activity section of the Jux app for it to be deemed successful.
  9. 1CARD Solutions Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by 1CARD Solutions Ltd.
  10. The prize is as follows:
    The prize is £100.00 added to your Jux Balance and no other alternatives will be offered.
  11. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by 1CARD Solutions Ltd and or its agents.
  12. The winner will be notified by email and/or SMS within 28 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by 1CARD Solutions Ltd. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, 1CARD Solutions Ltd reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  13. 1CARD Solutions Ltd decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].
  15. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
